Choose a Plan

CompuBio offers flexible plans depending on your needs:

  • Starter — Ideal for individual researchers and small projects
  • Pro — Advanced analytics, AI models, and higher compute limits
  • Team — Collaboration, role-based access, and shared datasets

2. Upload Your Data

Once logged in, navigate to the Dashboard → Data Upload section.

Supported Data Formats

CompuBio supports standard bioinformatics formats out of the box:

  • FASTQ — Raw sequencing reads (single-end or paired-end)
  • BAM / CRAM — Aligned reads
  • VCF — Variant call files
  • Metadata (CSV / TSV) — Sample annotations and clinical variables

Metadata Matters

Metadata dramatically improves downstream analysis and AI interpretation.

Examples:

  • Sample source
  • Phenotype or disease status
  • Experimental conditions
  • Batch or cohort identifiers

3. Run an Analysis Pipeline

CompuBio provides both prebuilt workflows and custom pipeline design.

Prebuilt Pipelines

Choose from validated workflows such as:

  • Variant Calling (DNA / RNA)
  • Microbial & Metagenomic Profiling
  • GWAS & Population Analysis
  • AI-Based Disease Classification

Each pipeline is:

  • Containerized
  • Versioned
  • Fully reproducible

Custom Pipelines

Advanced users can:

  • Chain multiple analysis steps
  • Configure parameters
  • Integrate external tools
  • Reuse pipelines across projects

4. Monitor & Track Execution

During execution, CompuBio provides real-time visibility into your analysis.

You can monitor:

  • Pipeline status (queued, running, completed, failed)
  • Resource usage
  • Step-level logs
  • Execution time per stage

Failures are clearly reported with actionable error messages.

5. Visualize & Export Results

When analysis completes, results are immediately available.

Interactive Dashboards

Explore results through dynamic visualizations:

  • Variant tables with filters
  • Abundance plots
  • Diversity metrics
  • AI prediction summaries

Export Options

Results can be exported as:

  • Downloadable reports (PDF / CSV)
  • Raw output files
  • API-accessible artifacts for downstream integration
